weeding, seeding, and visiting

Today we seeded more lettuce, scallions, melons, & tomatoes!  Good thing, the greenhouse was starting to look empty.  We then ran out to the first rows of onions we planted & weeded them all, using the wheel hoes & our hands.  I found that wearing my waterproof rain pants is a really good thing for the knees when the soil is cold & wet.

Then Nick & I drove up to Markristo Farm for an apprentice CRAFT visit.

A cold day, with thunderclouds threatening, but mostly blowing by with the fierce wind.
